Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@artflous.com with your order number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

My package says “delivered,” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Please double-check your mailbox, front porch, or with neighbors. If you still can’t locate it, contact the carrier directly and then email us at support@artflous.com for further assistance.

Are your artificial flowers UV resistant or outdoor-safe?

Yes! Many of our products are UV-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. Product pages will specify whether each item is designed for outdoor or indoor display.

Can I customize flower arrangements?

Currently, we offer pre-designed collections, but we’re working on adding customization options in the near future. Stay tuned!

Do the flowers look realistic?

Absolutely — our flowers are made from premium silk and eco-friendly plastic materials, crafted to look and feel like real blooms with vibrant, long-lasting colors.

Damaged or Missing Items

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll help arrange a replacement or claim with the carrier.

My order is missing an item. What now?

Occasionally, items may ship separately. Check your shipping confirmation email — if all items were shipped but one is missing, contact us immediately at support@artflous.com
